STEPS TO ENROLL
Register through the School District
You will be placed on waitlist.
If there is room in the program, Our staff will contact you with an update on estimated start date and information on how to complete registration.
After registration is complete, you will receive a welcome email with links to complete our Family Handbook Acknowledgement and the Student Intake form.
Once we receive the forms and site staff review and confirm the student intake, Creative Art Reach staff will call families with a start date.
Please note: Based on the information provided in this intake form, we may request a meeting with you prior to your child's participation in the program. Our goal is to better understand your child's individual needs, discuss any necessary accommodations or supports, and work together to create a positive and successful experience. We are committed to partnering with families to ensure every student has the opportunity to thrive in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment.
